What is Safetify’s Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order through the Safetify website/M-site/app until it has been packed at our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Kindly note, orders can only be cancelled before they are packed in our warehouse.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For order payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive the refund (including the shipping charges) into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
If the payment was made using Safetify store credits or mobile wallet, you will receive the refund amount into your Safetify Store Credits or mobile wallet within 24-48 business hours.
If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.
If the payment was made by redeeming an Safetify Gift Card, you will receive the refund amount into your Safetify Store Credits within 24-48 business hours. Any amount paid over and above the gift card value, will be refunded to the source account in accordance with the above timelines for Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Store Credits, Mobile Wallet, and COD
